When Sam inherits her granny Morag’s piano, she uncovers the mystery of Morag’s possible queerness through Scottish ballads. Inspired by her grandmother, Claire Love Wilson and Peter Lorenz present Morag, You’re a Long Time Deid at ZOO Southside for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and across the UK and Ireland.
This heartwarming, experimental gig theatre performance weaves silenced family histories with reimagined traditional music, honoring ancestors who ‘didn’t fit’ - from Turtle Island to the UK.
